Quoting the Decree of the Minister of Industry (Kemenperin) Number 169 of 2021 concerning Motorized Vehicles with PPnBM for the Delivery of Taxable Goods Classified as Luxury Borne by the Government in Fiscal Year 2021, Monday, there were 21 cars that received incentives with local component requirements of 70 percent. .
In the regulation signed by Industry Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, various automotive companies whose production vehicles receive incentives include Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, Astra Daihatsu, Mitsubishi Motor Krama Yudha Indonesia, Honda Prospect Motor, Suzuki Motor Indonesia and SGMW Wuling Indonesia.
The new cars, which will receive incentives starting March 2021, are equipped with requirements for engine cubication of 1,500 cc and below, namely passenger cars and sedans with two wheels (4×2).
