So sir/madam, just come, don’t hesitate, don’t be afraid if there are problems that you can’t face alone.

After inaugurating the Implementation of Electronic Services at the Pekanbaru City Land Office (Kantah) on Saturday (01/06/2024), the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) reminded that the Ministry of ATR/BPN has a hotline or Complaints Hotline related to land and spatial planning at number 081110680000.

“Later we can convey what the complaints are, what the problems and cases are, so that we can resolve them and at least pay attention to them more responsively,” said Minister AHY.

According to him, people who have problems related to the land mafia can also call this number or come directly to Kantah which is spread throughout Indonesia.

Minister AHY ensured that the ranks of the Ministry of ATR/BPN would respond to the complaint responsively and effectively, as a commitment to eradicating the land mafia in Indonesia.

“So sir/madam, just come, don’t hesitate, don’t be afraid if there are problems that you can’t face alone,” said Minister AHY.

The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN said that he would eradicate the land mafia progressively and aggressively by building synergy and collaboration between institutions.

As is the case with law enforcement officials and local governments.

Apart from that, the commitment to realizing an Integrity Zone is carried out within the ATR/BPN environment to mitigate the risk of internal problems.

Previously, Minister AHY said he had dozens of operational targets that were indicated as land mafia.

The process of taking action against the land mafia is something that the community has been waiting for because so far, according to him, the land mafia has been the cause of unrest regarding the sense of land justice in society.

“Never mind small communities whose incomes are low, people who we consider to have high incomes, social and economic status are also above, often become helpless victims of the land mafia. This undermines justice,” concluded Minister AHY.
