“The results of the meeting with the Jampidum team on Tuesday (2/3) yesterday, for the case of attacks on Polri members by the FPI laskar, the case files are immediately transferred to the public prosecutor for research,” said Brigadier General Andi Rian to reporters, Wednesday (3/3 ).

Then, for recommendations related to the unlawful killing of members of the FPI laskar, the Bareskrim team is conducting preliminary evidence searches.

The Bareskrim team has also made a police report (LP) to carry out an investigation into the alleged unlawful killing.

“For the alleged unlawful killing, investigators have created a prison and an investigation is being carried out to find preliminary evidence,” added Brigadier General Andi Rian.

It is known that Bareskrim has already held a case with a team of investigators from the Attorney General’s Office regarding the death of six guards of Habib Rizieq on the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 50 toll road, Karawang, West Java.
